How do you stay current and upbeat with design trends without sacrificing “timeless design”?

Why NEUTRALS ? They keep it simple and unobstructed, you can always go back later and add a color pop to a wall, create the balance canvas first.

Open areas must flow, usually best to stay in the same color/paint or a different value

Safe rule of thumb to stay with neutrals, and allow “color pops” thru use of art, accessories and furnishings
